Tell customers when the named contact changes
When there is a change, train your staff about our business before they meet us
Meet us regularly if we want
Don’t promise what you can’t deliver
Commit to keeping customers updated regularly
Be honest – if there is a problem, tell us…
…but aim to offer us solutions, not problems
Offer us a printed service level agreement
Treat third-party suppliers as if they were your own employees
Be flexible
Act on feedback – promptly.

Once launched, fleets will be invited to nominate suppliers that they feel meet these key standards to ensure good customer service.
There is a choice of two locations for delegates attending this year’s Hit for Six Conferences – Oxford on September 20 and Ilkley, West Yorkshire on September 27.
