  • Fleet sales have increased at Skoda – how have you achieved this?

    I expanded the business sales team with 11 new staff and we have increased the number of specialist Skoda business sales centres in our retailer network across the UK from 18 to 41.

  • What are your priorities for the next year?

    To help our customers add value to their fleet needs and requirements and promote our products to the fleet market.

  • What challenges do you face when dealing with the fleet industry?

    As an emerging brand in the fleet market, people often do not understand our offer. Our challenge is to influence the market to allow all fleet customers to appreciate the Skoda brand and increase our market share.

  • How could fleets make your life easier?

    Companies need to formulate strategies based on wholelife costs and be open-minded to other manufacturers. Our ambition to become a serious player in the fleet market would be realised far more quickly if fleet managers stepped outside their comfort zones and studied the market in more detail and more frequently.
