HERTFORDSHIRE Special Constabulary has a new Toyota Prius on its fleet to help patrol against antisocial behaviour.

The car has been donated by Andrew Rowley Toyota in Watford. Rowley said: ‘As a fledgling business in Watford, we are pleased to show our support for the local community by offering a tangible resource.’
