FLEETS are being offered a device which its makers, Visca Systems, claims cuts the cost of vehicle tracking by up to 70%.

Data is sent to the system by connecting the in-car device to a PC at regular intervals, eliminating the cost of real-time data transmission. Journey details, including time, speed and detailed route are all stored and viewed on a secure website.
