207 makes auction debut

PEUGEOT'S new 207 range was launched into the used car market in a sale at BCA Measham earlier this month. More than 50 franchised dealers attended, with a further 34 bidding over the internet via BCA’s Live Online service.

Twelve 207 cars were offered and sold in a sale that featured 200 cars and commercial vehicles from Peugeot.

The 207 averaged more than 92% of current list price.

Top price went to a GT HDi 110 diesel five-door model in Onyx Black Pearl at £14,200, while a GT HDi 110 diesel three-door in Neysha Grey sold for £12,200. A 207 S 1.4 16V petrol five-door model in Lacerta sold for £10,600.

90 vehicles sold on the day for a 95% conversion. 206 also performed strongly with examples selling for up to 124% of CAP Clean, while 307 SW averaged 103.8% of CAP Clean.
