What has been the best part about the past few months?
I am now responsible for our Guy Salmon brand and the team have been fantastic. It has also been exciting to take responsibility for the van business development.

Have you made any big changes?
I have made some structural changes, in particular within the sales team to strengthen our customer support.

What has been the greatest challenge you have faced?
Developing innovative and cost-effective rental solutions to meet the challenges of the fleet manager and developing systems to support our customers to ensure their fleet policy is adhered to.

Where do you see yourself in five years’ time?
Given the issues we face such as road congestion, environmental issues and ever-increasing legislation, I hope I am still working alongside our customers to meet these challenges and find the solutions.

What motivates you in a morning?
Knowing that every day is different and that I work with great people with a desire to succeed.
