MVRA managing director Adrian Bond says: “By using a network of specialist Smart repairers, we can help our fleet clients reduce the costs associated with cosmetic repairs. For in-service vehicles, it avoids the disruption of having a car off the road for several days while it is in a bodyshop and, at end of service, we can manage and in many cases reduce the costs associated with de-fleeting.”
MVRA added the option to its membership packages last year in recognition of the growth in this sector of the vehicle repair industry.
The membership is available for all types of Smart repairers from paintless dent removal experts to alloy wheel repair specialists. Approved members are inspected and monitored to ensure they have the correct equipment, training and qualifications.
