Fleet risk merger

Two of the country’s fleet risk management, driver assessment and driver education providers have merged.

The boards of DriveTech (UK) plc and Driving Services UK Limited said they intend to create a new force in the marketplace.

The two will continue to trade as separate entities until a review of operations is completed next year.

Driving Services’ offices in Ledsham, Cheshire, is expected to relocate to DriveTech’s HQ in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
