  • Did you enjoy your first day in the new job?

    Absolutely, even though I was jet-lagged after a holiday in Cape Cod. No one noticed as I had the usual induction ritual to follow.

  • How long did it take until you felt comfortable in the role?

    I had to gain an understanding quickly as I was asked to prepare and present a strategy review paper for members of the Masterlease and GM UK board at the end of day 15.

  • Have you always worked in sales?

    The first half of my career was in marketing. My new role allows involvement in marketing which I see as key to growing our sales.

  • Why did you decide to apply for the position?

    The job found me. I have a proven background of doing just that with GM UK Fleet.

  • Is the move part of a structured career plan?

    GM rewards results. If I can grow our sales, the answer will continue to be yes.

  • What do you enjoy most about your job?

    I am very results-driven so when the numbers come in I will start to enjoy it.
