All-In-One Leasing, the contract hire and leasing subsidiary of Britain’s largest car supermarket chain, UK Car Group, has appointed Neil Monks as sales director with responsibility for both the commercial and car divisions of the company.

He has almost 20 years’ experience of the vehicle leasing industry.
