We fixed a webcam in the corner of the Fleet News boardroom which streamed live footage of the judging panel on to the fleetnews.co.uk homepage. The sound was turned off to keep the winners of each category under wraps.
All discussions and decisions were independently audited by a representative from Deloitte.
Online voting for car/fleet manufacturer of the year is also live. If you are a fleet manager, you can now vote for your top fleet manufacturer, and what you think is the best company car.
It’s simple to do.
Just log on to www.fleetnewsawards.com and verify who you are by inputting your surname and postcode – it’s set up like this to ensure only fleet managers’ votes are registered.
The winners will be announced at the Fleet News Awards, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on March 14.
