We have a fleet of 240 vehicles which is evenly split between cars and commercial vehicles. Have you introduced any new policies?
What has been your greatest achievement to date?
In a previous role I restructured a fleet of 700 cars and stopped the free-for-all policy which previously existed. I also reduced the overall costs of the fleet. What is the best piece of advice you have been given?
The best piece of advice I have heard is to keep calm when dealing with problems, especially those where you have no choice but to think on your feet. What is your favourite film?
I don’t have any particular favourites, but I do like to come out of a cinema feeling that I have been thoroughly entertained.

During my career, I have written company vehicle policies and integrated them into the culture of all the companies that I have worked for.
