  • How have the first few months in your new role been?

    Although I have been selling accident management for the past 10 years, I am still learning as Call 24-7 offers additional services and initiatives. It has been hard but enjoyable work.

  • What is the best thing about working with the fleet industry?

    The fleet industry is possibly the most diverse that I have been involved in. No two fleets operate the same and the knowledge base is vast.

  • Did you always envisage a career in accident management?

    My background is in banking and finance the latter mainly on the motor finance side. I also spent some time in commercial vehicle sales and leasing, therefore accident management was a natural progression.

  • What is the best advice you have been given?

    Two pieces of advice that have stood me in good stead so far are to acknowledge everyone you meet and treat them with the same respect and courtesy, regardless of their position, and that it is never rude to be early for an appointment, but disrespectful to be late.
