  • How have the first few months as business development manager been?
    Busy and rewarding.

  • What challenges have you faced?
    The biggest challenge is to change the mindset of the big fleets who dispose of the majority of their vehicles through traditional trade routes.

  • You’ve worked in the industry for several years. Did you always envisage this career?
    This has certainly been a logical step forward for me having previously worked with physical and electronic auction environments, although not one I had planned.

  • Are you following a career path?
    Not necessarily a career path, but certainly a goal. My aim is to turn Carsite into an instantly recognised, high street brand name that is synonymous with purchasing good quality cars online.

  • What motivates you in the morning?
    Checking our system and seeing that we have sold another batch of vehicles overnight without any manual intervention.
