Olympic partnership to benefit fleets

FLEET operators needing commercial vehicles to carry out work on the 2012 Olympics or the Thames Gateway Regeneration project could benefit from a six-year partnership signed between two companies.

The deal between Hitachi Capital Commercial Vehicle Services and Dagenham Motors aims to give fleets easy access to the funding and fleet management of bespoke commercial vehicles needed for the 2012 Olympics and Thames Gateway Regeneration project.

Dagenham Motors is the main dealer group for Ford Commercial and Iveco Vehicles in London.

Jon Lawes, divisional managing director for Hitachi Capital Commercial Vehicle Services, said: ‘Our complementary skills will enable customers to take full advantage of the opportunities created by the 2012 Olympics.’
