  • How have your first few months been?

    My role is split between looking at customer needs and supporting account management staff. It has been hard work with deadlines to meet and staff to introduce into my former role.

  • What is a typical day for you?

    I could be visiting customers or suppliers or going to industry events anywhere in the country, at head office meetings in Leeds, or working from my office in Wickham, Hampshire.

  • What has been your greatest career challenge?

    Identifying, instigating and managing the set-up of a service to a new customer sector when I worked in contract hire.

  • What do enjoy the most about your job?

    Making a difference to my company and my customers and instigating better ways of doing things.

  • Are you following a career path?

    I was fortunate enough to start at a time when players that are major now were small enough for me to be part of multiple aspects of their businesses. This is invaluable to my role at CAP.
