Golf estate first photos

VOLKSWAGEN has revealed the first pictures of its new Golf estate.

The estate version increases the boot space to 1,550 litres with the rear seats down. Even with the rear seats up, there’s still 505 litres of space, 155 more than in the regular Golf hatchback.

UK sales start this summer and customers will be able to choose from two petrol engines (138bhp 1.4 TSI, 101bhp 1.6 FSI) and two diesels (104bhp 1.9 TDI and 138bhp 2.0 TDI).

Prices will be announced nearer the summer.
