The merger has created a new company, called MNH Platinum which is responsible for more than 10,000 vehicles.
Its team of directors will consist of managing directors Mark Hindle and John Epsom, both at MNH, and sales director Steve Barraclough (previously Platinum Fleet Management) and finance director Justine Pursglove (MNH).
Mr Hindle said the deal would improve on both companies’ offerings and Mr Barraclough added: ‘This is an excellent opportunity for Platinum to reach new heights. We have taken on a new name and added new resources.’
