Ranger shows feminine side

ITS front end may usually have an air of ‘don’t mess with me’ about it but when dressed in pink this Ford Ranger loses much of its macho stance.

The hue is in keeping with Salford City Council’s colour scheme for commercial vehicles and street signs, and six will join the authority’s street-cleansing department.

The biodiesel-powered vehicles feature one of the first tipper conversions to have been carried out on the new-generation Ranger.
