Ian Graham has joined the Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) as general manager.

Based in Berkshire, Mr Graham will work with TRL’s four technical divisions to lead operational management. He will also work with commercial development director Mike Head developing TRL’s business and expansion initiatives.
