Marshall Leasing has appointed Richard Baird as head of new business development.

He brings more than 18 years’ experience in dealer groups, manufacturers and in the contract and leasing industry.

He is also vice chairman and secretary for ACFO London East. Rodney Allen has also joined the group to assist Mr Baird in his expansion plans.
