Claims rise

Insurance claims involving foreign vehicles are on the rise.

Between 2004 and 2006, incidents involving vehicles from outside the UK rose from 17,032 to 19,621.

Accidents involving vehicles from Poland, Slovakia and Lithuania rose most significantly, according to the Motor Insurers Bureau.
