Device cuts toll times

TOTAL has launched an electronic toll card which will reduce waiting times for vans travelling into France.

The new Electronic Toll Card is a device fitted to the windscreen.

It automatically pays the toll, reducing waiting times at tolls as drivers will no longer have to use the old Caplis card system.

Bruno Leroy, Total electronic toll device manager, said: “The new device is going to save time for any company that operates a fleet in France, cutting time wasted on the road and in the office.”
