HOME improvement retail group Kingfisher, whose UK brands include B&Q, Screwfix Direct and Trade Depot, has outsourced its motor insurance claims management to WNS Assistance ‘Fleet Direct’.

The repair service covers Kingfisher’s non-haulage UK vehicle fleet of more than 650 cars as well as 270 vans and involves the full range of accident management services from first notification of loss to validating and controlling repair costs, downtime management, uninsured loss recovery (ULR), and a real-time online claims monitoring facility.
