There are 205 vehicles in total – 86 cars, 118 light commercials and one HGV.
Leased, apart from the HGV.
The immense variety of work from day to day, even hour by hour some days.
Managing the changes from a purchased fleet to a leased fleet, and negotiating a one badge support deal.
The system of roadworks so that all service industries in a given area confer in advance of any necessary repairs. That way, when a road is to be dug up all the necessary work can be co-ordinated and carried out at the same time rather than having the road resurfaced and then dug up again by another utility.
With the amount of information which is required to be stored and retrieved, it would be a computer.
