    No, I have worked in a variety of sectors as part of various technical consultancies. I have been involved in rail, road and aviation for 10 years.

  • What are your immediate plans for TRL?

    To support and develop our new business initiatives, bring additional operational management experience to our day-to-day working and to ensure that we engage and deliver at all levels.

  • How has your career progressed?

    Through technical work and consultancy, operational management and business development to strategic direction as a chartered director.

  • What do you enjoy most about your new role?

    The world-class capability and dedication of the staff at TRL is inspiring and the letters of thanks from individuals to large government departments where we have made a real difference to people’s lives gives me a real buzz.

  • What has been your greatest regret during your career?

    Not doing the right thing quickly enough.
