Food giant Cadbury Schweppes has signed a three-year worldwide deal with Arval.

The contract will see Arval providing up to 4,000 vehicles across Europe, Russia, Brazil, the USA and in the UK.

In the UK, Arval will take over responsibility for all Cadbury Schweppes driver management, accident management and fuel services, as well as managing cash-for-car drivers and those choosing contract purchase.

The deal started as negotiations between Cadbury Schweppes and Arval over existing arrangements in France and Spain.

The contract initially covers these countries as well as the UK, with plans being finalised for Poland, Benelux, the Czech Republic, Russia, Turkey and the US.

The fleets are mainly passenger cars from a range of marques, including some luxury brands.
