Inchcape Fleet Solutions has appointed Nicky Scarr as key account manager responsible for central government relationships.

For the past 13 years, Ms Scarr has been with Arval, where her role included responsibility for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account.

She will look after the same account at Inchcape.
