Gaming deal with Saab

Inspired Gaming Group is turning to Saab’s BioPower cars, which run on E85 bioethanol or petrol, in an effort to reduce its carbon footprint.

The firm, which manages gaming machines for pubs and the leisure industry, is trying to cut emissions on its fleet of 1,400 cars and vans by between 150 and 300 tonnes over the next 18 months.

It has now taken delivery two Saab 9-3 BioPowers for use as pool cars at its Burton-upon-Trent and London offices.

It is also investigating the potential for alternative fuelled or hybrid vehicles as well as electric cars and motorbikes in London.
