The UK is more sophisticated and up-to-the-minute. In the Middle East, decisions take longer and are often based on emotion.

The emergence of the broker and internet market with firms offering more flexible services.
How do you plan to grow the divisions at All-in-One?
Focus on quality and flexibility, in terms of our services and our people.
Who do you most admire in the industry?
Apart from the designer of the Aston Martin Vantage, it’s the families of those who work long hours and don’t get to see us as much as they would like.
What motivates you?
Weekdays it’s making decisions and receiving recognition and thanks from customers. At weekends it’s substituting All-in-One for dreams of a hole-in-one.
What would be your ideal weekend?
Sunshine, a swimming pool and a cool-box of good wine and food shared with my family.
