In-depth workshops that tackle some of the most important issues in fleet have been confirmed as part of the Fleet News Forum.
This year’s forum, which takes place at the De Vere Grand Hotel in Brighton on February 19-20, provides free, luxury five-star accommodation to fleet decision-makers in return for them taking part in pre-arranged face-to-face meetings with potential suppliers.
In addition to the meetings, there are free workshops which will provide a valuable educational element to the forum.
Risk management update, presented by Simon Protano, head of driver and fleet solutions at RoSPA. He will look at some of the key challenges ahead.
Green fleet issues, covered by Nigel Underdown, head of transport advice at the Energy Saving Trust, looks at simple steps to cut emissions and costs.
A wholelife cost clinic, provided by Nasir Shah, business development director at Jato Dynamics, will look at how wholelife costs can be used to improve efficiences.
Taxation, examined by Liz O’Donnell, policy adviser at HM Revenue & Customs, highlights key tax issues facing fleets.
