Fleet managers have the chance to enjoy free five-star luxury and do business at the same time during the Fleet News Forum on February19-20.

Delegates take part in pre-arranged business meetings at the luxury De Vere Grand Hotel in Brighton over two days and enjoy free luxury accommodation, food and entertainment in return.

The costs are paid for by suppliers, who benefit from spending quality time with delegates to explain the benefits of their services.

Meetings are arranged in advance by a dedicated team in the events department at Fleet News and are focused on ensuring that fleets meet companies that they really want to talk to.

In addition, there are also free workshops covering key industry issues, such as risk management, green fleet management, wholelife costs and taxation.

Delegates from previous events say they benefited from attending and found potential new suppliers.

Mitch Elliott, fleet services manager, Lincolnshire County Council, said: “It was two very well spent days and all my objectives were met.

“I was there looking at accident management and driver duty of care.”
