Spray-on lining service launched

QI Van Systems, the vehicle racking and conversion specialist, has launched a new service in the form of spray lining for van interiors and truck beds using the Line-X system.

The spray coating provides a durable rust and corrosion proof finish to vehicle surfaces, forming a watertight and airtight contoured seal to reduce sounds, vibrations and chemical stains.

It is maintenance free and can be applied in any desired thickness, being easy to clean and is certified ‘food safe’.

Qi Van Systems has invested in a purpose-built building at its Telford factory to house the new process and staff can complete an average pick-up in under three hours, with a drying time of only five seconds, thereby minimising the time that the vehicle is out of action.

Both new and used vehicles can be sprayed, in a variety of colours, thus appealing to both business and private customers who want to add to the practicality and residual value of their vehicles.
