Philip Newton has been named chief executive of Windsor Vehicle Leasing.

He will be responsible for the strategy, development and overall performance of the company.

Previously he was CEO of the Merchant Retail Group and he holds non-executive positions within Capital Regional and retailers Cornish Kitchen.
