Nirmal Kotecha has been appointed major projects director for the Highways Agency.

He will be responsible for developing and implementing improvements and the agency’s relationships with stakeholders.

He has more than 23 years’ experience in the construction, utilities and retail sectors and joins from Anglian Water Services.
