Legal expenses insurance specialist MAPS Legal Assistance has set a precedent by being the first in the industry to be awarded a major standard that recognises excellence in customer service.
‘Putting the Customer First’ is achieved through a rigorous assessment, with just over 400 businesses enjoying the status nationwide and only 27% successful at their first attempt.
Chairwoman of Customer First UK, Helen West, said: “We are delighted MAPS has recognised the benefits of ‘Putting the Customer First’ to the insurance industry. The firm has excelled at accreditation.”
Formed in 1995, MAPS is a family business specialising in claims management and uninsured loss recovery.
Based in the north west, clients include major councils, police and fire authorities and insurance brokers.
