Stop-start gets driver vote

Three out of four drivers say they would buy a car that automatically cuts and restarts the engine in traffic.

However, currently only Citroën, BMW and MINI offer stop-start on non-hybrids, although most manufacturers are expected to introduce the technology over the next few years, says Motorpoint.
