Describe your fleet
We have 18 cars and 17 vans on our fleet.

What are you working on at the moment?
Making sure our vehicles are all presentable and looking at ways to improve the management of our fleet with the possibility of taking on new fleet management software.

How did you get into fleet?
I had previously worked at a dealership. Fleet administration was only a small part of the role but as we have acquired more vehicles it has become a larger aspect of my job.

Would you recommend a career in fleet?
Yes – it’s very varied and busy. You can also take advantage of some perks if you build up a good relationship with dealers and leasing companies.

What would make your life easier at work?
Our drivers having fewer collisions.

What is your favourite holiday destination?
Devon – I have been going there since I was little and love to be surrounded by green countryside.
