AXA Insurance has begun using the Audatex claims management system, which includes vehicle damage estimating.
Almost all (99%) of AXA approved repairers use the Audatex Global Claims Centre (GCC) and this was an important factor in AXA’s decision.
GCC includes claims management, estimating and vehicle model selection, plus a dashboard providing bodyshops with an up-to-date view of key performance indicators.
AudaExpress will be used to keep all parties informed of the progress of the claim, including AXA’s own claims handlers and total loss and invoicing teams.
AXA will be using Audatex’ AudaBridge data exchange solution to provide outbound electronic instructions and pre-populated assessments to reduce the administrative workload for its approved repairers.
