AXA rolls out Audatex system

AXA Insurance has begun using the Audatex claims management system, which includes vehicle damage estimating.

Almost all (99%) of AXA approved repairers use the Audatex Global Claims Centre (GCC) and this was an important factor in AXA’s decision.

GCC includes claims management, estimating and vehicle model selection, plus a dashboard providing bodyshops with an up-to-date view of key performance indicators.

AudaExpress will be used to keep all parties informed of the progress of the claim, including AXA’s own claims handlers and total loss and invoicing teams.

AXA will be using Audatex’ AudaBridge data exchange solution to provide outbound electronic instructions and pre-populated assessments to reduce the administrative workload for its approved repairers.

Ian Newell, head of vehicle claims management, AXA Insurance said: “Our partnership with Audatex opens the door to many new opportunities for improvements in efficiency and business performance for our own teams and our approved repairers.

"Audatex is the system of choice in our industry and the widespread use of the system means that it will be a seamless transition for all."
