Citroën aims to enhance the support provided to its small and medium fleet operator customers with the recent launch of a new, pan-European business centre programme.

The new business centres are designed to build and support the company's presence in the LCV and car fleet sectors by offering customers ‘even higher levels’ of sales and aftersales service.

In the UK, following a successful pilot operation last year, Citroën is now working to appoint some 90 business centres by the end of 2009. These new centres will offer an expanded range of services, complementing those already offered by the existing Citroën dealer network.

They will be located across the UK and appointed from within the existing Citroën UK network.

Charles Peugeot, head of commercial vehicles, said: "Citroën is committed to delivering even greater levels of customer service than our competitors, which will be spearheaded by our business centre programme."
