Warren Richards has joined Audi UK as its new National Contract Hire and Leasing Manager, replacing Andy Wady.

Richards draws on experience gained in key roles within the Volkswagen Group.

He moves from the position of product marketing manager for Volkswagen Group sister brand Skoda.

Richards will replace Andy Wady, and is well qualified to do so after six years within the Group spent both in Skoda marketing and in a senior planning role for Group services, the administrative division supporting all Volkswagen Group brands.

Richards can also draw on management experience gained with Continental Tyres.

Reporting directly to head of fleet sales Iain Carmichael, Richards will be charged with the task of continuing to develop the key contract hire and leasing elements within the brand in challenging trading conditions.

He also assumes responsibility for the Audi Direct Sales channel, Motability and Rental.
