ADR opens new repair centre

ADR Accident Repair Centres has announced the opening of Bodyworks Midlands based in Cannock which will become the 10th ADR Accident Repair Centre.

The business operates from a 10000 sq foot facility and has approvals with BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen Group.

Group managing director Andy Blair stated “this is a strategically important move for ADR, which strengthens our service proposition and gives us the opportunity to offer support to our new and existing partners along with expanding our portfolio of VM approvals.”

Following a period of consolidation within ADR the business has refined its operating model, developed the infrastructure and invested heavily in people and IT systems to prepare for future growth.

“Despite the challenging economic climate of recent times, the business finishes 2010 performing strongly and we are primed for further growth in 2011. This will be further supported by the opening of a market leading call centre facility based at our head office in Chesterfield” added Blair.
