The wait is over – the Nissan Juke has been unveiled to the world.

Nissan has revealed a new model that brings all the benefits of the Qashqai in a more compact package.

The Juke will make its public debut at next month’s Geneva Motor Show.

Adding another valuable addition to the UK’s biggest car plant, the Juke will be built right here in Britain alongside its Qashqai big brother.

Ready to go on sale in the UK in October, the Juke was created at Nissan Design Europe (NDE) in the heart of London, and refined at Nissan’s Design Centre (NDC) in Japan.

Bringing together the strongest design talent the East and West has to offer has resulted in a truly unique small car.

First revealed as the Qazana show car – unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show – the Juke has developed into a production model merging the rugged appeal of an SUV with the emotive appeal of a sports car.

Bringing technological advancements in engine technology, cabin design and turbocharged efficiency, the Juke is set to become one of the most influential debutants of 2010.

Nissan’s UK MD, Paul Willcox said: “We are thrilled to finally be able to tell the world about the amazing Juke.

"Over the past few months we have learnt more and more about the new small Nissan’s talents, style and appeal and we can’t wait to get another top quality British-built model into our showrooms.”
