LeasePlan awarded top 50 status in 'Best Workplace' list

LeasePlan UK has been awarded top 50 status in this year’s Best Workplace’s list, making it the only vehicle management company to achieve this accreditation.

The Great Place to Work Institute makes these awards based on an evaluation of the degree of trust at organisations by analysing employee responses to its Trust Index Employee Survey. Only those nominees which meet the minimum threshold of 70% are considered for the final list which takes into account key factors such as the working environment, employee benefits, as well as employee engagement with senior management and ensuring a work life balance for staff.

Commenting on the achievement, LeasePlan UK’s managing director, David Brennan said: "I am absolutely delighted with these awards and recognition of LeasePlan’s continued and ongoing commitment to looking after our employees. There has never been any doubt in my mind about the link between our staff feeling that LeasePlan UK is a great place to work and delivering service excellence to our customers. This is why we have been on a journey over recent years to raise the bar in all that we do and these awards are testament to the success of this journey and the efforts of the team here at LeasePlan UK.
