Fleet Evolution is offering chamber of trade members the opportunity to take advantage of the benefits of salary sacrifice for cars with a free set up.

The Derby-based company is offering free implementation of the salary sacrifice scheme for any Midlands chamber member employing over 100 employees until the end of 2011. This will include policies, systems and processes, all supplied by Fleet Evolution.

Andrew Leech, managing director of Fleet Evolution, said: “Many large public and private sector companies have introduced salary sacrifice car schemes with fantastic success for both employer and employee, but such schemes can take time to set up.

“By working with local businesses, we can provide a service at virtually no risk to the employer, so all chamber members can offer this fantastic benefit to their staff.”

Salary sacrifice has been increasingly popular in recent years, offering employees non-cash benefits for a contractual reduction in pay.

Employers can save National Insurance by offering it and employees can save tax and National Insurance on new cars by participating in the scheme. Companies have also been using the beneficial scheme to cut CO2 emissions and meet environmental targets.
