Autoglass has been appointed as one of the official call centres for this year’s Children In Need.
On Friday 18th November Children in Need is hosting a celebrity filled night of TV on BBC One and will be encouraging viewers to call the special donation lines.

The Autoglass call centre, based at the company’s head quarters in Bedford, will be the official call centre for the Bedfordshire region and around 100 staff from across the business, including senior management, technicians and customer service staff, will be standing by to man the 50 phone lines and take an anticipated 5000 donation calls.

Matthew Mycock managing director of Autoglass commented, “the Autoglass team is very excited to be one of the 50 call centres across the UK helping Children In Need beat the £39million raised last year. Following the great success of Comic Relief earlier this year, which was the first time Autoglass had been an official donations call centre, we were keen to helpagain. It is incredibly rewarding to take part in this kind of event as we are so passionate about the fantastic work that Children In Need does, but its also great fun and the buzz on the night is electric”.

David Ramsden, Chief Executive of BBC Children in Need said, “every year we are amazed and inspired by our fantastic supporters. We know thatthere are children right across the UK who desperately need our help and we hope you will be a part of changing their lives.”
