Carbon Heroes has announced the appointment of Colin Tourick as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Carbon Heroes helps companies to reduce the environmental impact of their employees’ commuting and business travel, with the aim of delivering cost savings in the process.

Tourick has 30 years in the UK asset finance and vehicle leasing industries, working as chief accountant of LeasePlan UK, general manager of Commercial Union Vehicle Finance and managing director of CitiCapital Fleet.

For seven years he has worked as a management consultant in the automotive fleet market in the UK and overseas. He is also the author of several books, including ‘Managing Your Company Cars’, and is the visiting Professor of Centre for Automotive Management, University of Buckingham Business School.
