FMG Support has been recognised as a centre for employment excellence and ranked at an impressive number 40 in the prestigious ‘Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ guide.

This is the second consecutive year that the company has been listed and this year sees the company achieving the highest ranking of just 4 Yorkshire businesses and a 27-place improvement on 2010.

Now in its eleventh year, the ‘Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ is the most comprehensive survey of workplace engagement in Britain and is open to all businesses with between 250 and 4,999 employees.

This year, the views of 282 FMG Support employees were gathered across 8 key factors, including Leadership, Personal Growth, Wellbeing and My Company to determine the rankings.

Mark Scanlon, chief executive officer, commented: “As a business, we have always championed the importance of our people as a direct link to delivering excellent service for all of our customers, and so to be recognised for a second consecutive year within the definitive survey of employee satisfaction is a great achievement.”

“We are absolutely delighted to have exceeded last year’s ranking and the improved listing is testament to the value that we place on our people and the positivity within our work place, which is clearly evident whenever our clients and partners visit us. FMG Support will continue to work hard to create new ways to support our people both personally and professionally, as we continue on our journey to excellence.”
