Fresh from signing an exclusive contract to sell cars for the WR Davies Group, Aston Barclay has signed a two-year agreement to increase the number of cars it will sell on behalf of Masterlease UK and the Leasedrive Velo Group to more than 3,000 annually.

The move is not only good news for the company, but also for the legions of buyers who attend Aston Barclay’s Westbury centre in Wiltshire and Prees Heath in Shropshire. Under the agreement, Aston Barclay will increase the number of its Masterlease and Leasedrive Velo sales at Westbury from once a fortnight to every Tuesday and introduce a bi-weekly Masterlease and Leasedrive Velo sale at Prees Heath. In the future cars could well be sold through its site in Chelmsford.

While Aston Barclay has progressively sold cars for Masterlease and Leasedrive Velo since 2006, the new contract takes the partnership to a whole new plateau and is a direct result of its investment in new technology, excellent results and customer service.

Tim Hudson, Aston Barclay’s managing director, said: “Aston Barclay has had a great working relationship with Masterlease and Leasedrive Velo over the last five years, to which the award of the two-year contract is testament.”

He added: “Securing the new contract is a direct result of our ongoing investment programme, especially in our advanced technology infrastructure and customer service.”
