Sandicliffe Motor Contracts has further strengthened its trading relationship with Fleet Assist by appointing them to manage their service booking helpline. This new service aims to make it as easy as possible for the driver of a Sandicliffe vehicle to arrange a service, book an MOT or have a fault investigated.
The driver makes one call to the Service Booking line and the experienced staff will then take care of all the arrangements, including booking the vehicle in, arranging to have it collected from the driver’s home or office and returned back to the driver when the work is completed.
John Carlisle, technical services manager at Sandicliffe Motor Contracts said “We have a long standing relationship with Fleet Assist who already manage our preferred repairer network. Their highly experienced staff have extensive knowledge of the network and know which of our preferred agents is the most suitable to carry out a specific service or repair. By providing our drivers with this service, we ensure that the vehicle always goes to the appropriate agent, which minimises down time and keeps our customers mobile. It also removes the hassle from the driver having to arrange the booking, leaving them free to concentrate on their own work.”
